Feel bad for justin Herbert, he is a great QB. His OL is injured and playing back ups. he under constant pressure. plus his Wr are a tick below ours. He had the worst QB rating for wildcard weekend. Love is problem 157 on the list of things to fix.

If you’re a believer in karma, McManus missing 3 kicks is a pretty fitting penalty from the football gods for the complete loser move of calling a timeout with 1 second in a meaningless game to kick a field goal to lose 16-3 instead of 16-0.

“Sure thing Matt, you can have those 3 points. But I’m taking back 7 from him next week.”

The holder marks the spot on the ground where he will place the ball. The kicker is expecting the ball to be there. If it's not, he has a split second to try to adjust. On the extra point Whelan put it down about 2 inches further to the right than he spotted. That said, anyone who thinks McManus was the primary reason we lost needs their heads examine. I think surely you can agree with that.
Well he is a pretty significant one. Because when you look at the other stats that one stands out. Total yards close. Turnovers - Bears - 2. Penalties 7- Pack 2 Bears. 4th down stops 3 for the Pack. Place kicking: Santos FG 3-3 PAT 3-3. McManus FG 0-2 PAT 3-4.

That can't be right, I saw a few posters here say that Love sucks and he cost us that game!
Love played a great game. If I’m going take an opposing point, I wish he were a little bit more of a vocal leader. I would like to see him involved when we have adversity, getting guys fired up on the sideline and letting them know it’s alright and keeping them from spiraling.

He’s got 6 years under his belt and 3 as a starter. It’s time to be a little bit more of a leader— heck I saw Caleb doing that when they were down big.

This team lacks leadership among the players.

I agree with you there. I would also like to see Love use his legs more. Now maybe MLF has discouraged him to do so, but if he has, that is a big mistake IMO. While you risk injuries to your QB when you run him, I think Love is more likely to get injured being taken down (sacked) by DT's and DE's in a mass of bodies than he is running the ball in the open field.

Now substitute "justin Herbert" with "Jordan Love" and you also have a true statement.
Yep kinda what I was trying to say. I think their both in difficult situations with OL play, but Love excelled while Herbert had a tuff outing. I think OL play and injuries were downfall for both teams.

We have the worst coach in the North. I don’t know if that is even debatable.
Record when Packers lead by 10+ points with 5 minutes to go:
1970-2024: 306-1.
2025: 6-3.

What else do you need to know?

Love had nothug to do with the team collapsing , is all MLF he is the head coach and the bucks stops with him
49 ners had injuries but Shanahan as great coach he is, not <LF, took charge and did what he had to do with his team injuries
Please do not excuse the Packers collapse due to injuries, the buck stops with the HC and MLF failed miserable and embarrassed the Packers tradition
this is worse than when Bart Starr was coach and had losing seasons

Nah with Willis you find suitors that don't want him to go to anyone else. Franchise him and trade....there easy peasy right? LOL

(FTR I'm 99.8% joking....but that .2% is having a blast with the idea)
As long as you can be sure somebody will pay $40+M (don't know what the 2026 figure is) for a player with his limited exposure.

Everyone also should realize that right before MLF was hired, he also oversaw the 28-3 lead that the ATL Falcons blew (not the HC, but still). Nonetheless, this was the last straw and enough is enough, why is this a real discussion? He kept blowing leads except for the last home game where we got blown out, I'm starting to be convinced that folks that want to see more of this may like to see others with, wait I can't say it. All that others really need to know is that he's only had a one game winning streak in the playoffs without AR, he's lost 5 in a row this season. We've seen SB winning coaches get fired, we've seen a 2 time coach of the year get fired, but someone who's greatest accomplishments were with another QB is untouchable? I can't even remotely get behind that. Once, twice maybe excused as coincidence, multiple times over multiple years, is a pattern.

You know I have my share of gripes with LaFleur but I don’t really know that we can put anything about the 28-3 on him.
He was just the QB coach at the time (and coached Matt Ryan to his only MVP)…

Shanahan was the play caller and I think most still rate him pretty highly lol

I'll never forget that they got sacked on 3rd down and taken out of field goal range. I knew at the time it was all they needed. Calling a pass then was the stupidest thing I ever saw

I brought that up because I thought it was a very big coincidence, but then I left it at that. The bigger issue in my eyes is that this has gone as far as I ever want to see this go. I've given him a pass on his other 6 seasons as the HC, but not going to give him a pass on his seventh. This losing streak broke ANY of my support for him, I've had enough and my tolerance for any excuses this failure is not going to fly with me.

Sidenote: I think MLF was a head scratcher, but it hasn't worked out, so he's got to go.

Like I've said we've seen SB and coach of the year winners get canned, so excuses shouldn't be acceptable. I don't ever see him getting us to the promised land, so I think that every fan deserves better, and I mean we deserve a playoff winning streak at the least. We don't have that with AR.

If they didn't like those 3 points against the Vikings, they should have only taken away 3 points against the Bears, not 7.

Who really cares? He had to have felt that McManus needed a kick. He had none. But it was indoors and did not help him the next week.
