This franchise playing/acting soft goes back to the way they handled the Favre/Rodgers transition. They tried to bribe him into staying retired, then they tried to bury him in NY hoping to never have to face him, taking less in trade than they could have gotten out of fear… or spite. Blah blah blah Favre did this Favre did that. … Favre was a jock… Packer management was scared and dishonest. If you honestly think moving on is in the franchises best interests… then do it… and be willing to face him on the field. Meanwhile get as much draft capital as possible in return. I think Green Bay lost a lot of “special” during that sorry chapter. I’d like to see us get a coach somewhere with a little bit of “nasty”somewhere. Maybe getting punked by that ****** in Chicago will put a little fire in this team.

Unfortunately Bart was woefully unprepared to be a HC much less GM when he was hired. We then multiplied the gaff by keeping him all those years.
I do not think that Green Bay job in 1975 was appealing to very many potential talented coaches. Management was desperate.

Finally Johnson got some of his own medicine, the guy is an AH and hopefully the Packers beat them next year , better without MLF , his late losing games (5) specially the last game of the season will be in the players head , after all having a big lead at half time and losing the game is not easy to forget and who was the HC MLF , we need new blood to forget the humiliating last game defeat
Every time the Packers play the Bears next year, the players in the back of their minds, is how MLF will play not to lose instead of playing to win

For some reason this reminds me of the SNL parody of the Bears Super Bowl Shuffle. Part of the song made a reference to how players didn't want to go to Green Bay. The kicker's lyrics went something like "But please, please, please, no Green Bay. Brr, Green Bay". That must have been in '85, and the Packers were still not an appealing destination 10 years later.

Funny, I was searching for a video of it, but I can't seem to find one, barely even a reference to it. I guess some things are better not remembered.

Alot of good coaches with proven records got fired , yet MLF gets an extension , wow what the H was Policy was thinking about
Tough words from Policy at the beginning of the season saying Gute's and MLF contracts may not be extended , all his comments were bs , Gute and MLF are staying
despite MLF horrible season, for 2026 the same pattern of MLF will continue like the last 3 years , Love has great potential but he is no Rodgers who was a big help to get MLF out of his mess and lack of team control
Rodgers starts fading and MLF starts failing , so now with Love, not Loves fault, MLF has been failing for the last 3 years
I'm a Packer fan for ever regardless and hate to predict how MLF will ruined the 2026 season for his lack of everything, Im only only from what I have seen from him the last 4 seasons
MLF offered his best the first 3 or 4 seasons no he is getting eliminated from playoffs sooner and sooner, he may not reach the playoffs next year
Big changes has to come and one of the them is MLF stop calling the plays and concentrate on coaching the team and still may not be enough
