Let me be the first to say - Lafleur shocked the hell out of me by suddenly growing some balls and abandoning his "play not to lose" philosophy.

Of course, it took a moment where he truly had no choice, but maybe it helps teach him that sometimes pushing all your chips into the middle of the table is what you have to be ready to do to win in today's NFL.

Whew... A Packer's loss would have capped off a Brewer's NLCS fail and the Badger's being the Badger's of recent memory.

Doubs, Kraft, and Golden lead the receiving crew again, and 2 more TD's for Jacobs on offense.

Parsons and Quay lead the defense

AND WHOA NELLY..... LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT LUCAS HAVRISIK....perfect again, and a 61 yd FG!!!

I was scared that he was doing his Cowboys impression and going for a tie

I'll say it again...this was a good team, and it was at their house...and we had massive travel issues and injuries....it is not easy to win in this league and we just did.

I'm smiling and gonna light a good cigar tonight.
Good team? Not IMOP, but I'm just 1 man. I look at a 2-4 team with their 2nd string QB and a 4th string RB and am not looking for a blowout, but a good win. The GBPs had SB aspirations, now it's looking like we are a wild card team. We were just not sharp today (10 penalties?), I'll give credit, the Cards fought hard, but they (my prediction) that they'll be picking in the top 10, and not because of a trade either.

Looks like it did some good
He was venting on the lack of holding calls - I don't know that there were any holding call though. He sure came through BIG time even without the calls - I saw at least one hammer lock on him that didn't get called with the ref in the frame.

You clearly are clueless as to how they’ve lost those games. Taken from them in literally the last snap multiple times essentially.

This was not going to be an easy game and many folks here and in media knew it.

Reread that, the clueless comment was not meant to be demeaning, merely expressing many likely haven’t paid attention to them is all. Apologies if offended.

One thing that annoyed me today was Golden gets 3 catches in the first drive of the game, and only one more the rest of the game. I just feel a few more targets would have been warranted.

Oh well, maybe next week, and we won, so all is good for another week. Bring on Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Night Football. That game will be a tough watch, going against Aaron for the first time. We can't lose that game.... we just can't.

That will be weird, with Love playing his mentor.

Yeah; you're only 20 freakin' yards from field goal range. They're just doing everything they can to run up scoring.
Like last week. He is afraid of a run back...Or another penalty.

Passing on the long FG to tie could have easily backfired against a better D. But MLF realized that it was unlikely we could force a 3 and out the way the game was going and the Cardinals could win on a walkoff. So they had to at least get closer, run it down, and maybe get it in. We succeeded for a change. The Cardinals were foolish to go with the sneak. It was not even a Tush. They put in those TEs and none of them figured in the play. Hand off with a blocker in the back and you win.

Do not disagree, hard to win on the road (or anytime) Az. not a slouch BUT, GB is considered by many to be elite, does anyone see they are? Not me, D has holes at DB and LB/DL at times while the OL makes too many mistakes, Love is an enigma (good then fair then bad and good again). Just do not see it after the loss to Browns, this game, Dall. game, etc.. Brissett 14 completions in a row, seriously bad D and too much time on the field will take their toll. Game moves fast so above is past but frankly Love continues to **** and doink, missed the hand-off from center and now in a hole. 2 of 7 3rd down, terrible
First of all very few people label Packers as Elite. Consensus seems to mostly be that tier below the Top 5 teams. I’d call them Top 6-8 area.
Also GB’s MO has been to hit stride around mid season. I guessed it would be more Game 6-8 area, or a little faster this season because Love health has been positive.

GB is still without TWO major Offensive weapons. Actually I could legit argue they lost 2 of their top 3 Wideouts from 2024. They replaced with Golden but many knew it would take him a season to acclimate. Golden is ahead of our estimated curve, but likely not yet better than Watson or Reed when healthy.

Get Watson or Reed 100% (either guy) and get 4-5 games with the same OL and the Offense should stabilize and turn from 26.5pts to 29.5pts per game

Not sure who the 5 teams are that are better than GB. I don’t see an elite team. I see Green Bay in the mix with 6-8 teams right now, but I don’t see a standout team.
