Meh.Unfortunately I think the bears finally found a QB. He is an elusive SOB and throws well on the run.
He has his moments. The last throw was not such a good one on the run.
Long-term, a 60% completion percentage won’t cut it.

He got a lot better as the game went along.Caleb Williams passer rating: 44.9
Jordan Love: 115.6
Williams just absolutely sucks!
Do you blame them? I would too, unfortunately.Wyatt goes down and it's almost like everyone can run it up the middle.

Reed is no slouch either.Honestly….we likely can field the fastest set of three wideouts with Watson, Golden and Bo Melton….insanely fast room…
Foghorn Leghorn. I had to look it up though. He used to say, That's a joke sonI didn’t mean any sarcasm
As someone said earlier, losing Wyatt really hurts our run D.Have no idea what these short yardage defensive schemes from Hafley are. You could have driven a truck through the defensive front on 3rd and 1.

Everyone can. Except the zebras.I can't be the only one seeing obvious holding?
I can't think of a single team that doesn't suffer when they lose a starter like Wyatt. Even Parsons said replacing Wyatt is going to be a major challenge.1 player, ONE **** player goes down and we can't stop the run. If you need everyone available, then in my opinion, you are aren't very good. Next man up has, and will ALWAYS BE A THING.
INTCmon Defense! Let’s get a stop!!
Fumble?

This unfortunately true, and it's unfortunately been true ever since I have watched football and probably longer. I don't think my coaches ever told me, but other players definitely either ghosted or would come out their way to yell/talk to you after the fact. They never see the instigator. Thankfully a lot of that crap disappeared as the game wore on.
Happy for the dub, but offense has got to be more consistent. Need Love to keep drives alive and pick his spots rather than big game hunting every time. Frenchy needs to understand the importance of having a good first drive coming out at half. Run the ball and call high percentage short passes. Sometimes, just maintaining possession is as important as putting up points. And since this offense goes dark for quarters at a time, I suggest the focus needs to be more on staying on the field and moving the chains, especially if you're not lighting up the scoreboard or your D just gave up a long drive.

It is shameful and I can't believe Jeff and MLF aren't complaining to the head of officiating about this every stinkin' week.Micah is getting absolutely mugged every down. Shameful officiating

I hope that clown is second guessed all week. lolHahahaha wow, as someone who was marveling over Ben Johnson this game, what an awful call.
A W in this league is something you take every time. In the end it is wins and losses and nobody cares what the final score was.Too close for comfort.
What hurt was also was that hold that forced a repunt by Whelan. You wonder how we overcame all thisIf you add that kick out of bounds ST wasn't terrible other than that. IMO that's progress.![]()
The Bears are better than we want to admit. I thought they were winning games with smoke and mirrors but in the end we made more plays than they did. It is going to be a major challenge in 2 weeks. But we have a MUCH more formidable foe in Denver awaiting us next Sunday.Bears marched effortlessly down the field with the game on the line. Defense was just ******** it's pants. If not for Williams, we're looking at a gutless collapse folks. Enjoy the win, but the culture of the team is not what you see from a champion. I know that sounds like a Debbie downer but c'mon, put a team away for once.
It is just that Caleb hit a number of on the run, desperation, low % throws. His receivers made plays, too. He was due to miss one. Fortunately, he missed and Nixon did not.Meh.
He has his moments. The last throw was not such a good one on the run.

Too many on this board kept saying they are not as good as their record. Instead what they should have been saying is " They Are Who We Thought They Were Not! "The Bears are better than we want to admit. I thought they were winning games with smoke and mirrors but in the end we made more plays than they did. It is going to be a major challenge in 2 weeks. But we have a MUCH more formidable foe in Denver awaiting us next Sunday.
He's only a second year player. You have to admit he is better than most of the clowns they've had since 1992. He throws better on the run when he is scrambling to his right.Meh.
He has his moments. The last throw was not such a good one on the run.
Long-term, a 60% completion percentage won’t cut it.
Even though they scored on short yardage play action the % play there is ram it down our throat. Packers D line was gassed, our top run stopper is out, we have rookies out there, it is only one yard. AND you have an offense that put up 281 yards on the ground last week! Common sense. Ironic, because when the Packers got 1st and goal moments earlier we let Jacobs pound them for 6.I hope that clown is second guessed all week. lol
That's true, but good defenses, overcome loss of players, he's been great (most of the time) but we made a 5th rounder look like an all-pro RB in the 2nd half. Also, what did you expect Parsons to say, "who needs him"? I'm glad he wasn't like that, but still, I also wasn't surprised by his statement. I wasn't unhappy with this win, but I'll won't be excited with barely winning at home.I can't think of a single team that doesn't suffer when they lose a starter like Wyatt. Even Parsons said replacing Wyatt is going to be a major challenge.
I don't think it was a coincidence our run D improved when Wyatt came back a few weeks ago and struggled again today without him. That's true, but good defenses, overcome loss of players, he's been great (most of the time) but we made a 5th rounder look like an all-pro RB in the 2nd half. Well yes, but that is an obscenely low bar. He's only a second year player. You have to admit he is better than most of the clowns they've had since 1992.
