Go Packers :)

They are playing exactly like they should be. Going into the season they had high expectations and even with injuries they really should be a Super Bowl team.

Just a heads up in case anyone is traveling to Dallas today or in the next couple of days for the SB, Steelers fans too!!! Be very mindful of the weather and your travel plans! There is a BIG winter storm hitting, even in Dallas! Snow, blizzard, ice storm.... I'm just saying travel safe and make sure you check with your airlines to make sure all is well.... I don't know if anyone would be heading down there this early, but things are supposed to be messy for a couple of days. Just travel safe Packers and Steelers fans alike!

Anyone else see Skip Bayless on ESPN hating all over Aaron Rodgers? lol I then google him and it shows he is a Jay Cutler lover....not too surprised.

He said that it was a "no-brainer" that he would pick Roethlisberger over Rodgers. What an idiot hater.

Prove him wrong on Sunday Rodgers!

'Madden' prediction: Steelers to win Super Bowl XLV

You must be logged in to see this image or video!

The Pittsburgh Steelers will snag their seventh Super Bowl title this weekend in Dallas -- at least according to Madden NFL 11.
Electronic Arts has unveiled its annual prediction for the outcome of Super Bowl XLV, based on a simulation of the game run through Madden.
The results? The Steelers hang on to defeat the Green Bay Packers 24-20, thanks to a late interception by Aaron Rodgers in the closing moments.
Steelers wide receiver Mike Wallace finished as the Super Bowl MVP with five catches for 111 yards and the game-winning touchdown.
Before casting doubt on the accuracy of these prognostications, the Madden NFL simulations have proved to be quite good at selecting the correct winner. EA Sports has nailed down the winner of the Super Bowl six of the past seven years, including last year.

The lone miss happened during Super Bowl XLII, when the New York Giants upset the New England Patriots.
EA has also posted a video recap of its Super Bowl XLV prediction:

Rodgers' Media Day interview with Deion is funny. Deion wants to know if he a) Rodgers watches NFL Network and knows what nick he gave him (Rodgers answers correctly, "Like That.") and b) whether he and Brett recently talked about what the Super Bowl is like, what to expect, etc. - Rodgers (who always grins): "No."

It's up on NFL.com.

Until Rodgers gets a trophy it is a no brainer.

James Harrison mocks Goodell, suggests covering the field with pillows (PFT)

“Lay pillows down where I tackle them so they don’t get hurt when they hit the ground, Mr. Goodell,” Harrison said.

Harrison is known as one of the league’s most intimidating players, but at Media Day he has been something of a comedian, clowning the league office — which he clearly thinks is a joke.

Still, Harrison also said he’s bitter about having $100,000 taken out of his paychecks. If the Steelers win on Sunday, Harrison and Goodell on the podium together would make for the most compelling Super Bowl post-game show in history.

I don't get this idiot.

Can you imagine if any of us undermined our bosses like this? We'd be in the unemployment line in a heartbeat. Some people just don't know their roles.

Remember this is the guy that refused to go to the white house bc he felt that they slighted him for only inviting them bc they won the SB.

Some people believe they are bigger than their employer. Also too bad Harrison won't make it to the Podium, that will be the Green Bay Packers up there, Harrison will just have to wait till Goodell has time for him to talk.

Hines Ward blasts league’s handling of concussions (PFT again.)

“We don’t know what they want,” Ward said regarding the league’s rules pertaining to helmet-to-helmet hits.

“They’re so hypocritical sometimes. They came out with these new helmets that are supposed to stop concussions. If they care so much about our safety, why don’t they mandate that we wear the new ones? If they’re so worried about what concussions will do to us after our careers, then guarantee our insurance for life. And if you’re going to fine me for a hit, let the money go to veteran guys to help with their medical issues.

“To say the league really cares? They don’t give a f–k about concussions. And now they want to add on two extra games? Are you kidding? Come on, let’s be real.”

Ward also touched on an issue that arose last week, after Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers took a massive hit in the ear hole from Bears defensive end Julius Peppers.

Rodgers, we believe, knew not to look or act like a guy who had suffered a concussion, or else. Per Ward, it’s not an unusual reaction.

Side note: Is it me, or does Mike Florio just believe whatever he wants? (And here he goes again with the "we" stuff. He did that with the airport story...who is he talking about, himself and his kitty cat?)

I pray you're right.

I'm already tired of these guys and their mouths. How bad will it suck if they win? Oy.
