Please check your scores for accuracy. There may be mistakes in the above calculations. If there are any discrepancies in scoring requiring correction please let me know. I will forward them to the accounting firm of Pleasant, Funt & O'Farrell (PFO) who will audit your request. They really will.

284 games played this NFL season, and we finally have it whittled down to the Seahawks and Patriots squaring off for the Vince Lombardi Trophy. Not real obvious candidates for a final game appearance if we harken way back to early September of 2025.

Our contest is close at the top. Lets see who will capture the title.

Rules
All scores and pick submissions must be posted before the first game kickoff in any playoff week.
If you guess the correct individual team score, regardless of correct winner: 5 points each
Each game you pick the correct winner of:
15 points Wild Card Games
20 points Divisional Games
30 Points Championship Games
50 Points Super Bowl
- If you pick the correct winner on half the games scheduled for the week: 50 points (any week, includes Super Bowl)
- If you pick correctly on at least 66.66% (Wildcard Round) OR 75% (Divisional Round) of the games
- Get both Conference Final Games correct: 100 points.
- If you get all but one of the games correct: 100 points ** Only applies towards Wildcard Weekend
- If you nail correct winner on all games: 150 points ** Only applies towards Wildcard & Divisional Round Games
- Weekly playoff bonuses for win percentages cannot be stacked like we do in the regular season. You will only get the points for your best percentage.
- If you pick a game score in which you pick the winner and the correct margin of victory in a game you earn a 25 point bonus per game predicted. This bonus is called a spread bingo.
- If you guess both the correct winner and score of any game: 125 bonus points tacked on for each correct score. Aka, a score bingo.
- After the Super Bowl, the player, or players with the most correct picks in all of the playoff contests will receive, or split 60 points.

We have a playoff contest to decide here. However, anyone who wants to put in a score prediction for the Super Bowl can do so. Good luck to all!

Please have your score picks in before 5:30 CST Sunday, February 9.

If you're in the top 7 in our contest, please send your predicted game scores via the Packer Forum direct mail to @Canadian Cheddar.

This will help protect the sanctity of our contest by (perhaps) discouraging schemers, copiers and looky-loos trying to get an edge. It may even add a little more drama and excitement.

I will reveal the top 7 picks just after the big game kicks off.

New England vs. might have been a better matchup than Seattle. But whatever.

Seahawks 31 - Patriots 20

Seahawks to be sold after the Super Bowl (per Paul Allen's will) and proceeds to be donated! $6+Billion. The Portland Trailblazers (also owned by Allen) already up for sale for $4.25Billion.
Ironic. The name Paul Allen is so famous in Viking lore.

Why correct it? We wanted to see McCaffrey.
McCaffrey is a freak athlete. He’s fun to watch. The Niners, much like GB, just couldn’t get over the huge injuries. But hey, they did beat the Eagles.

I was surprised how tight the Denver/NE game was with Nix out. The Broncs have a solid D and Stidham played well.

I am not excited by this SB. I’m cheering for NE by default because I can’t stand the hags.

So I’ll reluctantly pick NE, 24-22 over the hags.

Why “22”? I don’t know. I just see NE winning with a walkoff FG, and maybe the hags get a safety or miss a PAT to account for 22.

It should be a good game. I just don’t have a horse in the race. I’ll probably get more from the commercials, IF I even watch it.

What say you milani? Who do you like?

(CC I hope you don’t mind me making a pick. I have not participated much, although I will next year if you do this again.

And as a “low-paying” job, I certainly appreciate the work AND enthusiasm you have for the project. Thanks very much CC!)

I am still weighing my pick. But still leaning on Seattle. The Pat-Bronco game was not a real test. Just what it was. The 2nd half weather and Nix being out did not tell the story. Seahawks appear physically too strong. But the Pats have a knack for finding a way. But this one will come down to who controls the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.

Agree, Seattle looks like a favorite. I’ve been impressed with RB Walker.

The Pats have a surprisingly good D. Like the Packers, they swarm to the ball. But they’ll need some magic from Maye to win.

Remind a little of their days with Lawyer Mulloy. Seahawks were able to win without Charbonay. Got to give them credit.

Yes. Or Bears with McMahon. When you have a well coached team and an elite defense and OL or DL that that’s top 5-10 etc. you can inject 1/2 of the QB’s in the league and they’ll perform.
