Only Denver, Chicago and Jacksonville have more flags per contest than Green Bay. The Packers MUST make this a focus this week.

If I’m a Teams Coordinator I’m telling my K or P return that if you get a holding call (will review it personally) and it’s deemed accurate? You’ll be pulled and benched the remainder of the game. Then we’ll review if we need you going forward.

I was trying to find how many of the Packer Penalties have been on their special teams. I didn't look that hard, any idea?

What I was a bit surprised to see, was this stat:

Packer Penalties At Home: 19

Packer Penalties On Road: 31

Given that they have played an equal number of games at home as on the road, 3 each, that is a significant difference in my opinion. Pre-snap penalties due to crowd noise? Officials "playing" to the home crowd?

Jacksonville, another highly penalized team, actually has the opposite issue:

Jaguar Penalties At Home: 47

Jaguar Penalties On Road: 18

Rodgers will be hyper-focused. The man on a proverbial mission. He won't want just a win. He will want to totally humiliate the Packers- just because. It's how guys like Aaron are wired regardless of the usual pre-game muttering. He will have his best game of the season.

So if the Packers' coaching staff isn't stressing that he's coming to slice and dice that defense, we're not going have a chance. The offense might put up 20 points so there's the benchmark from ol' Weedsie...and you gotta know I don't normally do predictions.

Understand the intent, but teams don't have the luxury to bench players for stupidity save for extreme cases.

We have to show that we clearly aren't afraid of AR, and bully them at the LOS. I think that they are a first place team, but in a bad division, so they shouldn't be treated as a team that's too intimidating. Let me stress that we should treat them as a team we can walk over, but if we clean up the mistakes, we should win.

I hope Hobbs and Nixon are up to the challenge. Rodgers will pick apart this secondary if got the time to.

Parsons and company need to affect the line a lot tonight.

Mike McCarthy is set to attend the Packers vs. Steelers game, which is being referred to as the "McCarthy Bowl" due to his history with both teams, particularly with quarterback Aaron Rodgers. He expressed excitement about the matchup, anticipating it to be a thrilling game.

Enjoy the commentary.

Big Mike has a birthday coming up too. We share the same birthday with the United States Marine Corps and the sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald.

Betting against old 1st ballot Hall of famers, is never a great plan. But I think GB has this one still.

Jacobs seems to be catching stride after a slow start to the season. I expect a good day from him.

Wrs banged up. Good thing we're deep. :) Looking forward to seeing golden/Watson on the field at the same time. With doubs and Kraft being rock solid. The defenses will be swiss cheese.

Man, looking at the Steelers uniforms tonight you could easily mistake them for the Pack. Yellow helmets...brown pants... Pack are the guys in white.

Watched Jon Gruden's preview of the game on YouTube. He always makes a point to say that he likes the Packers because he coached there, but he picked the Steelers. I only watch his previews once in awhile, when they pop up. I've probably only seen three of them. But it irritates me, because I haven't seen him pick the Packers to win once. In the other two vids of his that I watched, he's 1-1 with his predictions.

Agreed. I sometimes wonder with guys like him about any loyalty. This is just purely my opinion but the Packers are struggling and still logging Wins. That = a dangerous team. On face value it appears a team that struggles or plays to competition. However the same GB team that people make excuses for has went toe to toe with Detroit. We are 1-2 and one loss was a battle until the clock expired. GB beat up Detroit last meeting and someone can excuse Detroit, but correct me they were fully healthy. Amon Ra, Goff, their RB’s? they all played. GB just played a good game against a good team.

The biggest challenge for the Packers is composure. Youth can go way up and way down. If the Steelers are to win then make them earn it.

I mean if Gruden is trying to predict gams, he should go with what he thinks, I don't think he is under any obligation to play favorites with us. But I still find it annoying.
