Actual playing time is what is helping...training camp helps teach the guys what needs to be done, but just like any other job they need REAL playing time..

I think for ANY o-l playing time helps them more so then practices.

Pass blocking was great, run blocking not so good yet.

I think only one or two penalties today on the offenseive line. They can't run block but as long as you don't ask them to hold a pass block too long they did alright.

Favre looked wonderful today

i agree, the run blocking still isnt where we want it to be at (and the pass blocking isnt perfect either, no doubt)

but every week they improved, and this week was the biggest, and surprise, it led to a win.

lets hope they continue to improve, and the run blocking starts to look better. Then we can have a balanced offense and MM can run how he says he wants to.

Yep again I said he was a project coming out and will get better game to game. I expect him to keep it up now though. I'd like to see all 3 of the young guys continue to push each other and help each get better. Colledge played a pretty decent game but still needs to learn how to cut better as the running game was very poor today.

but still, other than those few miscues, sounded like he did great.

Favre just didn't handle one of them though. Wells played solid. Like I said Rogers was a mouse out there and not the beast we all thought he'd be. Good game from a pass blocking perspective. Run blocking needs to get better as the year goes on though.
