I voted 6-7 sacks for Nick. I think Matthews should tally 10+ this season.

We never wish for injuries to anyone (right).

But if there was one QB that Perry was to smash his shoulder into the turf and KO the guy, sadly (as we never wish for injuries to anyone), which QB would you most accept that to happen to.

Alex Smith, week 1
Jay Cutler, week 2 or 15
Drew Brees, week 4
Matthew Stafford, week 11 or 14
Eli Manning, week 12

i just want someone of equal caliber or close to it to line up opposite of clay. but 4-7 seems likely, i like what the guy has been doing at practice

Jj watt had 5.5 sacks last season so I think anything around that number is a good start

I voted for 6-7. Seems I am with the majority. I think that # of sacks coming from the other side will make the pass rush awesome. I'm thinking Clay would get about 12-14 from the other side.

And to agree with Frank and Slaughter we all know hurries and pressures are important but there's nothing wrong with having a little fun with projections. It's just like forecasting wins, the # of TD's Rodgers throws, TDs Jennings catches, etc.

Real count starts 9-09. ;)
