Jaguars tendered restricted free agents DE Bobby McCray and K Josh Scobee at the first-round ($1.85 million) level. LB Jorge Cordova and CB Ahmad Carroll were assigned low ($850,000) tenders.

McCray had ten sacks last season, so the tender is no surprise. He won't start again though. Scobee will also be back as the Jags' starting kicker. Cordova would cost a third-round to sign, which won't happen. Carroll will be lucky to make the team.
