Ironic. The first 4 games the whole team looks bad except for Smack. Today, the whole team looked good except for Smack. I could seeing missing one, but a PAT and 2 in the 40s?

Looking at it, it seemed to be the dreaded no contact injury so it could be an Achilles or something like that or maybe he just tweaked it and they said well. The game is basically over let’s bring the cart out.

Hopefully chalk it up to a learning experience. Bears guy is pretty reliable and he was to the left too. 2nd miss I think Smack just over corrected

Santos only had one PAT and one FG attempt. Smack had 6 swings. The kid may feel more pressure in Lambeau than on the road where no one knows him and the expectation is not there. Better get focused today. The next game is in colder weather.

Someone has to be out there and this isn’t like college where you got literal nobodies to put in there

I get that. I mean, it can still suck right?

Having said that Ben Johnson's ego didnt allow him to just run it out. That was a Bears lineman that went down he would be dragged on social media.

You dont want to give up, but at some point you want to help your own players out and live to fight another day.

I read that it is his achilles and he'll be out for the rest of the season. What's going on? Does someone have a voodoo doll of the Packer players and are sticking pins in them?:(

Imagine what this team could do either just an average rushing attack. Should’ve been 35-7 area even with no 1 FG miss.

Now I will say missing Caleb hurts more than they expected. Yet we also don’t have our RB either and missing our best Defender.

It always hurts when you don't have your #1 QB, but they also won their previous 2 games with their backup QB's. Our defense came to play, forced 5 TO's, and shut them down.

From what I saw today there is a considerable drop off from CW to either Bagent or Casey. Nevertheless, the Packers played their best game in quite a while.

What the heck, someone tried kicking Golden on the sideline
Here's the play I was talking about. So Golden ran over a coach, but then their Kicker Santos tried tripping or kicking Golden.

After all that’s gone on, 3-2.

I think the Falcons are just a lot better than we thought going into Week 3. Cooper Rush is just that bad.

While I agree with this… if we can’t beat a good team at home then what does that make us?

You start looking at Dallas and that’s a very winnable game. Not suggesting Dallas is terrible because they absolutely have talent. Yet there’s a coin flip GB could start 4-2.

That could make things very interesting. Also the Bears play Atlanta whos not a pushover. Then the Patriots and Seattle. It’s not improbable to lose 2 of those games and that is if Caleb Williams is under center.

Honestly Dallas might give us a somewhat similar picture of what we could've expected out of the Bears if they had had Caleb today.

Both have - *on paper* - two of the strongest offenses in the league. Dynamic QB, solid skill position players, and both have a couple of noticeable strengths and weaknesses in defense....

But the big difference is that - again at least on paper - Chicago's defense SHOULD be a more difficult matchup for us. Going into today they had a mediocre run defense but elite pass defense, which of course matches up poorly for us as our run game stinks anyways so they can sell out for the pass. In theory of course

Dallas on the other hand, they have a decent rush defense but their pass defense is honest to goodness one of the worst I've ever seen in my life. They are currently allowing 0.382 EPA per passing play.
For comparison, for the 2025 regular season the Jets were last in the league in defensive pass EPA and theirs was 0.291 allowed per play. 2024's worst was the Jaguars at 0.241, and 2023 was the Commanders at 0.199. So in other words, think of the worst pass defense you've seen in the last three years; Dallas' pass defense is currently like 1.5x worse than that.
