Here is our list of FAs. We have 35mil cap. Sheilds will get us 9mil back if he is cut. Starks 3 mil. Which is what I would do personally. I like Starks, but he looked much slower than 2015. And the concussion finished it. Rookie RB time. So in my thoughts, we have roughly 47mil.
