Not great, Bob.

Some of this stuff seems like it is long overdue to correct. I seem to recall child care and dietician/nutrition stuff being of note on previous reports and the locker room stuff is being addressed now.

But the MLF grade is concerning. Although, like the article states, odd given that number of players spoke out in support of him, but if the players don't think you respect them (or vice versa) that is not good. At all.

I've never understood why the Packers back-of-house stuff isn't top notch. We don't have an owner clamping down on expenses to squeeze out profits. We are a small market, so we should have the best stuff for players so that they actually want to be here.

We don't have an owner, but in some ways that puts up behind some other teams, who have owners with deep pockets. And we don't have infinite resources. I imagine the people in charge of this stuff don't want to be accused of being reckless with the team's money.

As for MLF, I wonder if some players just voted that they felt less respected just as a way to express overall dissatisfaction with the coach?

While Green Bay doesn't have an owner, that doesn't mean the top person in charge shouldn't operate in the same manner.

This organization is really a corporation.

Green Bay itself is a town built around the corporation making it a campus.

With Ed Policy assuming leadership over the board of executives, they should lean completely into this campus mentality.

Programs for the families of the employees (front office, staff, players/coaches, etc.) everyone plays a role in the success of the organizaton.

Facilitates devoted entirely to the team offering the best quality that this successful organization can completely afford.

A self-contained village (like the Olympics) devoted entirely to the team and organization.

Sometimes I think your right, but I ask: "Who's out there to replace him??"

Gute announced at the combine they will be "all in" and will do anything to win "NOW"
so, we'll see.

Is that another version of his “I think it’s time we start competing for championships” speech from 14 months ago?
