If you read the article, it says Sewell is questionable while starting center Graham Glasgow is out along with starting safety Kirby Joseph. Both the Lions and Packers have a load of injuries so It probably won't be decisive on the game.
Yes - I misread that. Good catch.

Ragnow will not be playing tomorrow but you can bet he will be out there down the stretch.

This morning I read on one of those sports
sites the packers remaining schedule is toughest of all. As it should be. Playing top teams and winning is the road to increased confidence, allowing us to play free and unencumbered by doubts. Bring it on....

Happy thanksgiving everyone....

WR Will Sheppard, LB Jamon Johnson and DB Jaylin Simpson were elevated from the PS to the 53 man roster for the game.

The Packers also released K Lucas Havrisik. Guessing that if he goes unclaimed, they'll try to resign him to the PS.

Kinda surprised Will was elevated. Although I didn’t see inactives if it included Savion?

We have to play smart focused football. We could win. We did win the other one.

So just basically lost season #3 for LVN at this point?
I think they're being safe bringing back some of these guys back from their injuries.
Marshawn Lloyd for example. As soon as the possibility of needing him came after Jacob's got hurt,,, "he seems ready"... It is relative to the situation.

Walker probably plays if it's playoffs. Half that list probably does....

LVN is a force and will be a huge boost when playoffs come. Hopefully a healthy Hobbs will make a good impact as well.

Getting Reed back will be huge. Golden and Savion healing are wild cards. Those two are noticably great talents. Watson getting back recently and seemingly breaking out. Wicks getting healthy.

I'm more than a little optimistic about our WRs being able to outmatch most secondarys

Starting off with some amazing special teams as usual. An award returner would have let that ball bounce out of bounds and get it on the 40. Melton fields it, doesn’t get much of a return, and we get knocked back 10 yards on the flag. Of course.

I thought it would have gone out of bounds as well. No holding and get it at the 40. FG drive may have been a TD one instead.

Imagine JSN on this roster, who was the far better prospect and fit.

Oh my word I’m beyond done with the hindsight crap. You can literally play that non-stop with almost every single pick in a draft for every single team except for essentially one or two teams.

You’re clearly not done with it since you cared enough to reply. It was a pick that was the consensus favorite and great fit among many experts heading into the draft and would look great now. It’s not just a “hindsight is 20/20” pick.

It’s okay to say that Gute missed with the pick.

You can literally say this with every single first round prospect - LVN wasn’t even my choice if I was sitting there but the hindsight crap is so misguided.

Again — it’s not hindsight when everyone and their mother wanted JSN with that pick for us.

Win or lose I intend on enjoying my turkey after the game. Back in 1962 I was so distraught and crying that I could not take a bite after getting pummeled by the Lions that day. My mother could not understand what was wrong with me. But she was never a Packer fan.
The "Thanksgiving Day Massacre". That game spoiled what would have been the only undefeated season of Lombardi's career.
