That's a good point. that argues his scheme is good rather than him developing qbs. otherwise brooks and Flynn would be successful elsewhere. but obviously you could make the point that his scheme is making Rodgers look better than he would elsewhere. shrug

I see what you are saying, but I would argue that his scheme and his ability to develop QB's are not mutually exclusive. They are two different dynamics of his coaching style woven together, in my opinion at least.
