What is also a point of concern to me is that we have started to establish what feels like a bit of a trend late in the season...
In 2022 we had an up and down season for Rodgers last. But we found ourselves in a must-win matchup against Detroit...who themselves were already out and could only play spoiler...and we lost, thus getting eliminated from the playoffs.
2023 was a solid year. Most would say we were "ahead of schedule" in that season. We got into the playoffs and ran Dallas out of Jerryworld before ultimately losing a close one to SF (which was largely due to our reluctance to move on from our failure of a ST coordinator, but that's another topic...)
In 2024 we're sitting comfortable at 11-4... before dropping two straight to slide into the WC as the 7 seed and promptly getting clobbered by the Eagles (with another failing on ST, but again...another topic

)
This year, just 2-3 weeks ago we are in the #2 seed and conceivably even have a shot at the #1 seed still...before dropping three in a row, finishing with a meaningless game against Minnesota (which will likely just be treated as a preseason rest/heal up type thing) and again limping into playoffs at #7 seed.
As above some of that can be accounted for due to injury, but it's concerning that we are seemingly getting in the habit of fading as the season goes on... Is that a matter of coaching? A lack of focus, discipline, etc? Do we not have the depth? Is our training and medical staff unable to have our squad able to withstand the rigors of a full season?
