Great piece. Just goes to show you that if you work hard then you can accomplish almost anything.

Thanks for posting that. I'd heard people quoting bits and pieces of it but never saw the actual show. My favorite bit was when he kissed the bald head of that little boy.

Dear Aaron. I am sorry for ever doubting you in the beginning. Thank you for you being resiliant to the doubters & having the determination and dedication to fight until you reached the top. You're there, my friend...you're there.
P.S. You can pm me if you want to talk. ;)

Thank You for posting that, can't get enough of the underdog Aaron stories.

I was also wondering does anyone know what the story is behind the picture of Aaron as kid with the Packers shirt, I'm going to guess the Packers shirt was a gag gift of some sort after they beat the 49ers. Just wondering if anyone knows for sure?

great video was also looking for this as well..dont take this the wrong way, but i feel rodgers will be one who retires a few years too early.. i see him going out like barry did, on top of his game and when he no longer loves playing anymore.. idk why but he rubs me that way. anybody else feel this way?

He may retire football to follow his musical career.

Aaron Rodgers is perfect evidence that if you put in the hard work and have a great attitude, you will undoubtedly be great. I am glad he has proved his doubters wrong. I am sure after he wins a few more Super Bowls he may retire on top of his game, but right now I am loving every moment of him taking the field and DOMINATING.

I really wish they'd stop asking him about Favre. That'd be ok with me. And with Rodgers, I presume.

My favorite part is that he wants to be the best man that has ever played QB, and his part in pediatric cancer help. Character is incredibly important to me. I don't just want the players on our team to score points. When they show that they are men who stand up for something honorable and use some of their time and money toward a good cause, that is when they are Packer People.

Lets just face it, Favre is a shadow that is going to be haunting the Packers and Aaron Rodgers and the QBs that come after him for as long as this realm shall last. Like it or not, Favre made an impressive mark on the Packers and football. I hate applying this term to him, but he is legend and there is truth in the saying legends never die. We are never going to get rid of it, the comparisons are always going to be made. It's one of those things we are either going to have to accept or beat our heads against the wall in futile frustration.

In time the talk will turn to who can replace Rodgers..

Once "us" grow old and pass on, the next generation wont talk about Brett to much..

I agree here. Aren't we fortunate that the successor, being Aaron, has the stamina, integrity, and confidence to handle it so eloquently.
