I am pretty sure this is Cliftons last year. Tausher might have another year with the Pack but I highly doubt it. It's probably going to look like this next year but this is just my opinion. Left to right.

So with that being said, we need another Offensive tackle and Guard in next years draft. 3rd or 4th round picks. I'd save the 1st and 2nd for maybe a CB,RB or a LB. We should be able to find someone pretty good with the 32nd pick in the 1st round.

I would trade Spitz. He hasn't shown much, and I think Lang is a better backup at any position other than C. And the coaches seem to like McDonald at C.
