As much as I love Favre, I'd trade him for Bush in a heartbeat. I also don't believe NO would make that deal. Why would anybody trade a guy like Bush for a guy who's going ot play 2 more years tops?

Yah, I saw that as well. They wanted Favre as the face of their team. I didnt know that it said they would trade him for Bush straight up, but it did say that they attempted a trade to get Brett.

The Saints were going to trade the possible 2nd coming of Barry Sanders for an old QB who is about to retire and we didn't do it?!?
