This may be the reason the Packers win next Sunday: The Packers clearly outplay the Steelers on 1st downs.

May the leg of the Steelers punter be sore by the end of the game.

It may be that teams don't get to 3rd down as frequently if they gain more than 4 yds on 1st down.

This is really true against the Steelers. All season they have been good about putting teams in long 3rd downs, by shutting down 1st down. Rodgers needs to come hot and be willing to check down to underneath receivers, and keep 3rd down manageable. This is a game where the pass will be needed to set up the run.

As long as your D keeps a spy on Clankenstein, and don't let him get out of the pocket, you'll be able to keep him from making plays - more 3 and outs :D

I would love to see Rodgers march the team down on the first drive to a touchdown like he did to Chicago last week. The Bears had no idea what hit them. For all the talk about how great the Steelers defense is (and it is great), they aren't invincible. I predict seeing a 5 receiver set for the majority our our offensive plays.
