I like making the quick move this time. Need to start the process as early as possible to get the best possible candidates and staff. Need to get this one right.

Most open positions don't have as much talent as the Packers have. On a potentially SB contending team? This has to be a very desirable job. And if you factor in availability of brats, cheese, and beer, well, we could probably get anyone.
