Right but that seems to only include Christian Watson, John Williams (OL) and Collin Oliver (DE). Sorrell was on PUP at one time, but I think he was brought off it, so he will have to either be the 2nd designation or left on the 53 and then moved to IR, if he is going to be out for an extended period of time.

I saw on X where it was rumored Melton made the 53. After seeing he only played the first two series against Seattle, I felt that was a sign he was making the cut.

Schneidman stated that they want him back, but he will "have to clear waivers first." That alone, isn't really true. Even if he clears waivers, he can agree to be on another teams Practice squad. That wouldn't be the first time it has happened to the Packers. That said, I think that if he does clear waivers, the Packers situation at CB has to be one of the more promising ones for him to see playing time.

Interesting you should say this. Last night Tom Silverstein was exploring roster bubble players with the guys. They were giving Tom grief about him having a “crush” on Hadden. It was playful and funny nothing too bad. Anyway I guess Hadden left quite an impression on him.
