I am seeing a pattern with Mooch, Morningweig, Sherman and even Holmgren who have come out of Walshes WCO. They seem more interested in the system than motivating players or making tough decisions. Their teams lack discipline and intensity because these coaches seem to think looking in the playbook on the sideline and not motivation will give them the answers. They are good teachers and poor motivators. Gruden is an exception.

uh..vogel...

The SeaHawks are in first place....

(I may put Sherman and Morningwhig in that category...but i wouldn't do that to the other guys...)

How about Andy Reid?

x's and o's are the only thing these guys think about motivation is the last thing on their mind (except gruden) but i belive motivation is up to your captains not coaches

Yeah, I think Holmgren and Reid have/had well disciplined teams in addition to Gruden. I don't think your theory pans out all that well.
