If we can't win this game, off of a mini-bye AND facing an undrafted rookie QB? We are TOAST this season. The football Gods are giving us a blessing with this one.

Winning this one won't tell us the Packers are improving. It would just tell us we might not be the worst. Losing it? Another story all together. The kind of story this team can't have if they want to be talking about post season play. If they lose, all we can do is lament about the wonderful draft pick the Cowboys are going to get. Jerry Jones will have a smirk on his face and I hate that!

Cowboys gave our pick to the Jets, so it’s not AS bad.

One of the few teams in the league that have a worse record than our beloved Packers. Throwback to the gory years when Tampa was in the NFC North division.
A challenge for Todd Bowles because his team has lost 3 tough ones and his franchise QB suffered a dislocated finger on his throwing hand. With or without Mayfield the Bucs cannot afford another loss. He will come up with a strong defensive game plan to limit the Packers to FG attempts. Offensively, he will dial down the playbook for his rookie QB, use rollouts, down and out short passes, and run the ball. He knows he is not facing the Vikings defense this time.

We might make it to 2-2 but Ben Johnson is gonna whip our *** the following week
We shall see how long Case Keenum can play hero ball. It’s a little easier to do that with a raucous home crowd at Soldier. You could feel the energy. We can’t let them come into Lambeau acting like it’s a home game (like Atlanta did). We’d better be bringing some energy.
I like our chances of starting 2-3 record or I think that is at least a reasonable goal.

2-3 is a reasonable but unacceptable reality. They beat the Bucs or Bearz. Hard to see how they win either.

Good Analysis. MLF has to come up with a new game plan ala rollouts, screens and crossing routes behind the LBs.

If our Oline can block up stunts and twists occasionally it'll be a sign of improvement.

I hate that we gave to scramble to try to put together some semblense of an O line. Gute should have known that if we had a couple injuries we would be lousy and started scouring practice squads. Why be satisfied with just having bodies on your team? Or worse, maybe he thinks they are good.

Hard one to get a read on. We are opening as 3.5pt favorites (same as it was against Atlanta haha). If Baker were playing I would probably view this as a "get-right" game for Tampa. Now, who knows. Feels like basically nowhere to go but up for us.

Maybe our coaches would perform better if we gave them all raises and extensions?

It really is hard to imagine the Packers playing any worse than they did last Thursday.

What makes it so hard is that the team has been built with plenty of talent, with the exception of the OL. Drafting Morgan isn't looking like a good move, although in fairness he was a gifted college LT who had to take a back seat to Walker for two years. And then there's Banks, expensive and injury prone - perfect. Not all Gluten's fault, but a pretty good share.

It's easy to pile on after what we've seen in the first three games. Hard to find the silver lining.

Bears are for real! They intimidated the Eagles with one hit on the QB (out of bounds but it did the damage). Bears using a 3rd string QB who had not played since what 2023, were a "juggernaut" against the Eagles, shocking and surprising. Packers based on first 3 games will be and should be significant under dogs, the Bears are on a mission, Packers not based on intensity of play and execution (and personnel/roster). Their QB looked like an NFL starter in this game, every player did their job and eagles had no answers pretty much entire game.

You are right but I've watched a little of the eagles and they haven't looked very good.

I hope we play more dissaplined vs the Bucs. Through 3 games, we have the most accepted penalty yards in the league.

That’s why they call it Any Given Sunday. It’s a matter of time before we win another game, might as well be this week.

I also don’t think this is the Bucs we’re accustomed to. They’re also suffering.
While Chicago did great for not featuring Caleb, that was still a home game and that crowd was raucous. It won’t be nearly as easy playing on the Road imo. The Bears are all over the map this year and everyone is acting like they are Super Bowl bound. SB teams don’t swing wildly by 56 points from 1 week to next imo.
