The playoffs have a way of uncovering a team's biggest flaws. I think it's safe to say that the game last night did that for the Packers. If there were a year for Ted Thompson to go both ways (draft and free agency, of course), this will be it...

I think he needs to have a sense of urgency greater this year than he had in the past.

I believe it's clear this team is two or three pieces away from being great.

Rebuilding period is over. Was over this year, but they went conservative.

I agree. TT really needs to be aggressive, especially in free agency. We fill in some holes on our secondary, O-Line, and Kick/Punt returning, I think this team will be great.

Also agreed that TT MUST dip into the Free Agent pool, in which he does not have a extensive resume in doing. I think we can get away with looking in the draft for some DB's, however, in this window we have of being a NFC powerhouse (I really believe), using Free Agency is a must for getting an offensive tackle(s). I can see the Packers resigning Tauscher, but not Clifton. Which I will agree with. You all know that tuning an offensive line, takes a few years to do. Which is why Teddy MUST act NOW, and if he doesn't, I am hopping on the Thompson hate train.
