1. Longtime losers: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers entered the NFL in 1976. They lost their first 26 games and have struggled for the majority of their four decades in the league. Tampa Bay's all-time record is 235-374-1 (.386) and it is guaranteed to finish last in the NFC South for a fourth straight season. The Buccaneers had a run of success from 1997-2007, when they made the playoffs seven times and won a Super Bowl in 2002. But Tampa Bay is back among the NFL dregs, going 6-24 in the last two seasons (.200) and in the hunt for the No. 1 pick in next year's draft.
