Last week, Peyton Manning was AFC Offensive player of the week after going 26/38 for 400 yards and 3 TDs with a QB rating of 129.27.

Mark Brunell is being talked about today for going 24/27 against Houston for 261 yards BUT only 1 TD for a rating of 119.29! Clinton Portis (also against Houston) rushed for 86 yards and 2 TDs as well as 78 yards receiving.

This week, Brett went 25/36 for 340 yards 3 TDS and a 127.08 rating!!!

Who do you think will get the Player of the Week Honors for Week 3?

I could care less if Favre gets it. I'm glad we won. I'd like to see him get it so the national media just get's off his back for a week. They both should be co players of the week. Both have been dealing with a lot and both came out and showed the world they can still get it done.

So far it looks like Brett is the man, Palmer had 4td's, only 193 yds and 2 int.
The guys on ESPN won't be able to handle it.

I think everyone on ESPN likes Favre. They all just don't think the Packers are any good.

Actually Irvin isn't a big Favre or Packer fan. You can see it when he talks about them.

Irvin probably wouldn't be a Packer fan. The Cowboys were the Packers last hurdle before going to the Superbowl in the 90s.

Yeah but if you broke it down Favres per play yardage per td has to be better. But I will give the nod to hasslebeck as would Favre

Final #'s on Hasselbeck.

24/33 227YDs 5TD's 3INTs

The 3 picks may cost him

The 3 picks drop Hasselbeck from a 130.9 QB Rating to a 93.1. I guess the teacher (Favre) shows why the students (Brunell, Hasselbeck) never got to play.

It will go to Brunell. He broke an 86 year record in the NFL. 22 consecutive completions, the award is his.

last i checked 340 yds. 3 td's is > 260 yds 1 td. Who cares about a meaningless consecutive completion record .
