It took Cowher 14 years to win a superbowl in Pittsburgh. Packer fans just don't have that kind of patience.
I think our coaching is holding back the Packers at this point. I would immediately make a change at ST. I would make a change at OL at the end of the season. I do think MM is getting better, but he is currently in the bottom 1/3 of NFL coaches.
I don't believe Chucky is the answer. He has personality, but I don't think he is the tactician that we need. He took over in Tampa and turned them from the SB to below average in two years. I don't blame the GM for a large part of that.
