I'm sure that there would be those who would just love to volunteer to do that instead.

Just watch how many Favre #4 Vikings jerseys are in the stands on that number retirement charade day.

Those would be worn not by Packers or even Vikings fans but only fans of Brent who would wear their purple jersey just to rub it in the faces of the Packers fans that are there.
I dunno why they would want to shell out the big bucks to go to a game that they wouldn't care about so I don't expect much purple in the Lambeau stands.
