Was actually a good job in the Ford commercials..

The ones with him in the attorney ads were horrible

Or the Associated bank one?

I hope he keeps it more local. Trying to hawk anything and everything like Peyton might get a little old.

Yeah the bank one was good too

He needs to burn the attorney one

I loved the Manning ones,

Cut that meat, cut that meat is classic

I was gonna post the same thing!
That one was the best..... Peyton was idolizing the "regular guys".... cheering, getting autographs, etc. Great writers for those.

I hope Rodgers can get the same stuff. If he wants too. I don't mind more anonymity though, aside from Super Bowl videos.

the associated bank one made me cringe, not that it was a bad commercial just my wife kept saying she was going to take Rodgers home when we went to our first gameand now she may think it can really happen. :( she'd replace me for a SB MVP.

Awww...I don't think she would really do that. What's HE got that YOU don't? Well, besides a SB ring & MVP title.

And that Corvette he got for being MVP! I too did think some of Manning's commercials were pretty funny. The sweaty jersey spoof of Mean Joe Greene was good because it was not only funny, but it poked at the Stealers [sic] as well.

I dunno....
He's just too damn serious.
And he goes on about how everyone in his family, including him now, has a Ford truck. I'm like, "I don't care."
I'm just waiting to hear him crack one of his deadpan dry jokes and it doesn't come!

Oh well, I guess you can definatly tell that A-Rod has arrived since he is getting endorsement deals.

What's really interesting is that so is Mark Sanchez. And he has yet to even get to the SB.

The only one I've seen is the one where he's in some corny typical ad for some law firm. A SE Wisconsin thing..

Here it is.
Commentary with a vid.
(I like the little gem that I put in bold.)

http://www.totalpackers.com/2011/07/15/aaron-rodgers-cheesy-***-commercial-for-gruber-law-offices/

Let me set this up for you, if you haven’t seen it. Rodgers and attorney David Gruber are sitting around in suits in a couple nice chairs talking about car insurance.
Totally plausible. I talk about car insurance with my friends all the time.

Our boy has come full circle.
First you go to the Associate Bank to save money and get a car loan.
Then you get the Ford truck.
And now you know where to go for insurance or who to call if you get into an accident with your new Ford truck and you don't have enough money in your Associated Bank account.
Now where does the Wheeties come in?
Eating them while driving which causes the accident?

I hate it when someone or a song I like sells out.
He doesn't need the money that badly, does he?
