Why He Will Succeed: Glover will learn to use his length and strength to overcome his deficient foot speed and his versatility will make him an asset at every spot other than center.
Why He Would Fail: His foot speed eliminates tackle and his height/pad level makes him ineffective at guard.
My Guess: 6th round picks are never locks to make the roster, but I think Glover will. I don't think he's anything more than emergency depth at guard, but I bet he becomes a valuable swing tackle.
