Link? I'm interested in which of the well respected media outlets had a thorough investigated story about that less than 24 hours after the captains were elected.

Its pretty mild, but yeah, the media tends to make mountains out of mole hills.

If you watch his recent interview on Packers.com they asked him about that directly. He had every opportunity to complain as he was T'd up by the media (I did not note who asked the question but it wasn't anyone I recognized either, such as Mccarren etc..) but he never really said anything except he did not make the cut. I really did not get the impression he was holding any animosity and it sort of just fell into a normal questions and answers category.

See that is what is referred to as a "leading" question. Just ask the guy what he thought of not being named Captain and you'd get a more valid response. Just my opinion. I watched the interview and he did not seem agitated at all

Z-Dog announced his retirement today. I guess the 33 year old's claim that "he had a lot left in the tank", wasn't the case?

While I liked what Z-Dog did on the field for the Packers for a few seasons, his off the field personality seems self righteous and vindictive. What team is going to want to hand him a jersey to retire in?

What makes you say this about his off the field personality? I never heard a discouraging word about him before...

I didn't mean to imply that he was taking drugs, racing cars, etc. He was just trash talking about the Packers from the moment he left. He and Greg Jennings should open up a bar together and call it "Sour Peas In A Pod".

Well, if you remember he got really mad at his teammates in Green Bay because they didn't vote him to be the team captain. That was the beginning of his downward slope with the Packers. I think that he also wore out his welcome in Minnesota.

From what I read he had an attitude, that's all.

Oh. I don't recall hearing Z trash talking GB but I do with Jennings.
