For months leading up to the NFL draft, a prospect's "work ethic" is analyzed into oblivion. Often, the talk goes overboard. A scar on a wideout's résumé, sometimes, amounts to nothing. A suspension has a deeper story behind it. But for interior linemen, "work ethic" truly is the foundation for the job and can be a major asset.
