Been thinking about this for a few weeks..

Look how they played last year and how it looks like they will play this year

Giving the whole "drama" of the 2008 season could that have weighed on the team more than we know?

There was other things happening, such as young, and inexperienced, but was the base of it all the drama?

Change can be difficult... TT, MM, and even Rodgers were really under the microscope; adding a lot of pressure.

LT, yes it was a fluke. The drama aggravated it, but the real reason was ****** ST play, coupled with the ammount of injuries on the D, and the innability of Bob Sanders to adjust. We lost Corey Williams, KGB and Cullen Jenkins from the DL, Barnett from the LB, Bigby and Harris from the secondary...

All those injuries were on defense. Thats why our offense was the same old machine. The problem was our defense couldn't stop any one for that reason. Also i hated bob sanders play calling. He dropped every one off into coverage every time. He never blitzed

Yes, I believe it was a fluke. To be honest, I don't think the distractions affected the offensive play in the slightest either. Rodgers threw for what, 28td's and more than 4,000 yards that season also.

We lost 7 of those 10 games by 4 points or less, and two of those we were in scoring position but Crosby shanked the FG attempt. The second game against Minnesota stands out more than anything. Two more of those losses were due to explosive plays on the opponents offense. Carolina and Houston made HUGE plays in the last second that we should have stopped but didn't.

Our problems that season were mainly on the defensive side of the ball.
