UPDATED INJURY REPORT + Post Game Thread: Packers beat Lions

    Looking at Tophat's report, do you think it might be a good idea to put Cole on IR, make our first round pick step up, and pick up another Safety?

    Just a random thought. I'm kind of bothered both Collins and Rouse are injured.

    Zombie, McCarthy said that Collins has a shot to return this week, so it means he is close to being ready to go.

    Rouse's injury doesn't appear to be serious either.

    Adding a new Safety at this point would require that our pickup spend some considerable time learning our playbook. He wouldn't be able to start in the immediate future.

    That means even if we can't go with Rouse or Collins against Dallas, Peprah would have a step up on any S we bring in.

    And by next Sunday, I'd guess that Collins/Rouse should both be healed enough to play.

    So I don't see it making any sense to pick-up a Safety.
