Information all subject to a lot of change after the combine.

This site has the most detailed information into most prospects. This site presents a more intuitive player ranking system with which to compare players. Clunky to navigate, but this is my favorite site for evaluating prospects.

Reliable year-to-year. A little clunky to navigate, but they have some of the most comprehensive player lists and usually have some extended insight into the top-10 at each position at least. Not that much info on late-round prospects other than measureables.

Easiest interface to use and sort through players, but they don't offer nearly as much info about players as CBS or NFL.com.

Less functional and less-often updated, but offers some estimates of measureables that aren't available generally until after the combine. Once we have combine numbers, Walter doesn't really offer much.

Dated at this point, but offers more personal insight than most scouting sites, which usually just offer buzzword, cliche descriptions of players.

And a fan favorite that has to get linked at least a handful of times, the Fanspeak mock draft simulator. Big boards are regularly updated, and the website functionality seems to improve every year. They also have a free agency simulator called Manage the Cap.
