I am not the biggest optimist, but I'm not a pessimist either:

VS Cowboys - Win, Dallas is downright sloppy

@ Vikings - Win

@ Falcons - Loss, Falcons are a darn good team

VS 49ers - Win, still laughing about the Niners early season hype

@ Lions - Win, potential trap game here

@ Patriots - Loss

VS Giants - Loss

VS Bears - Win, at this point I think the Bears will be out of the playoff picture, if not, this could be a dogfight

I see us doing the same thing as last year. I'm probably going to be the only one that will say this but then again last year I said the same thing n it happened I'm going to say we will go 8-0 or 7-1. I said the exact same thing last year and it happened so I want to keep the streak alive lol. Hey someone has got to be a homer on here lol.

I'm worried most about the Falcons game and the Patriots game. I think the Dallas and Detroit games could be tough if Green Bay doesn't take them seriously. I think Green Bay has a good shot at finishing the rest of the games with only 2 losses. I think 11-5 is a reality, but I also see 9-7 as a possibility as well. My prediction is 11-5.

I think Atlanta is good but they have New Orleans and Tampa to worry about. Those 3 teams should start to muddy each others waters a bit. Same thing with the Giants. I don't think their defense can keep covering for the mistakes their offense keeps making. They are kind of like the Packers in that their defense keeps them in games, yet the Giants have been turning the ball over lately and that will eventually come back to bite em.

VS Cowboys - W should be an easy win before the bye but you never know

@ Vikings - W Favre wont play after the bashing he took last week I think he may be done.

@ Falcons - W In a close one but still a W, Gonna be a last minute 3pt win and this is big coming from me one of the biggest Crosby Haters lol

VS 49ers - W the 9ers are lookin BAAADDD this year.

@ Lions - W I still dont think the Lions can beat us easily

@ Patriots - L I just dont see us winning in NE If it was in Lambeau I would be more inclined to make this a W

VS Giants - L But just barely. Could go either way on this one another close 3 pt game but this time Crosby shows his true colors lol

VS Bears- W Big win to show them bears whos boss

I agree with most of these, except I predict a win Vs. Giants. Eli is far too inconsistent and the defense hasn't been playing up to the level it used to be at. Especially at home, I think we put that one in the win column.

I'm most worried about the Lions. I just don't know what to expect from them.

I would agree with this prediction if somehow the opposing team was on offense the entire 60 minutes.

I worry more for the Giant's D than their Eli. Somebody woke up sleeping Giants, I think the Bears did it.

You are right on with the Lions. I'm starting to worry too. I think they are much better than what they are playing at. I think they could shock the hell out of an unexpected team. I just hope it's not the Packers that walk into the trap.

Can you honestly look someone in the eye and say that the Packers will be 7-9 this season? And that T-Jack enters the game and throws 3 TDs? And that the Packers can't contain the run?

(I could see the Lions one, though)

I think you applied the wrong tie breaker but got the correct result. In your scenario GB will have beaten both Philly and Atlanta and would take the three way tie that way IIRC.

I'm with you RS. Didn't the Packers keep the NFL's #2 rushing attack under wraps this past Sunday? I believe they did.

VS Cowboys W 28 - 14

@ Vikings W 24-21 (coming off a bye week and 90% healthy.)

@ Falcons L 17-24 ( It will more likely be lose to the Queens and win against the dirty birds)

VS 49ers W 31-7

@ Lions L 35-41 (Just got a bad feeling about this game, don't know why)

@ Patriots W 17-13 (low scoring defensive battle)

VS Giants W 35-10 (Assuming Gmen have division locked up at this point and are resting people)

VS Bears W 38-7 (REVENGE)

Pack end the season 9 -7. I'm predicting a loss in detriot for the first time in about 10 years. Lets see a stellar road win against the Pats. I'm a diehard pack fan, but I don't see how we'll get to 10 wins without a running game.

I too am very concerned about the running game, but let's try look at this from a different angle. If, and it's a big if, we can eliminate the other teams running game -----see jets game----then we are back in the game. It will be our passing game against theirs, and I'll take the Pack in those situations. Don't discount the home field advantage, All teams HATE to lose at home. I am not ready to write the season of yet.
