For the regular season only, which game do you think will be the best game to watch? Which one should you "get your popcorn ready" for?

Tough call for me as I want to say the Philly game at home in early November. However, I am going to say that the mid-December game at Lambeau against Lamar Jackson and Jaire Alexander will be the most thrilling game to watch. I expect us to be on a 3-game win streak heading into a crucial game with playoff implications.

As much as I enjoy the Packers/Bears games and the Packers/Vikings, I always look forward to playing Dallas because if they beat the 'Pokes I can keep the mouths of their fans shut for a year. They're more of a pain than anyone else especially living down here in Texas.

Too many to choose from, definitely no wrong answers.

- Packers & Jordan Love vs Rodgers, for the 1st time. Hopefully it goes better than the first Favre game.
- Jaire returns to Green Bay, if he can stay healthy that long into the season.
- Open the season at Home, against Detroit, buckle up right out of the gate.
- Beating the Bears at Lambeau to shut that conversation down that Caleb Williams is 1-0 in Green Bay.
- Philly on our home turf, to be the man, you gotta beat the man.
- Washington.... an up and coming team, that whopped Detroit in the Playoffs.
- Dallas... at our Home away from Home.

While game 1 can seen as an anomoly I think beating Detroit and doing it convincingly would scare the heck out of the entire league.

I would approach Game 1 like it’s the Super Bowl. We don’t go in timid this is our house and we will be the leaders of intensity and make our opponent match ours this season.

NO FAVORS for Detroit. Make them earn every last inch and zero help by us. That’s priority Numero Uno. Let’s not turn this into a repeat Sloppy fest of neutral zones, false starts or Teams holding calls. This is not opening day 2024. We need to Quit helping our opponent outside the whistles by playing with a more disciplined intensity.

Beating Detroit thoroughly should be our goal in game 1. If we want to compete in this league we need to rise above our fears and become the feared.

Cleveland. Cleveland is a wrong answer.

Right now, I'll just stick with looking forward to week 1 given its well.. week 1. Everything after that is always defined by what is going on from week to week. Going to be a lot of narratives coming out of that 1st game. Packers lose and social media will be lit up ago with 'Fire MLF, he is going to go 0-6 in the conference'. Detroit loses and the narrative will be on their coaching loses.

I will go with WK 18 in Minneapolis. Both teams will be beaten up. The game could have strong playoff implications for either or both teams. Or...neither is going to the postseason and the roster will be emptied with the rest of the 53. At least it is indoors and no one will be getting slammed on a frozen field.

I think this is a battle of two hate to lose coaches. Mano a mano.

It would surprise me if Jaire is still standing then. If it were early in the season, yes.

The Boys have been kind to us the last 25 years. It is like they saved their worst for us.

Week 10 (Philly, MNF & Eagles coming off of Bye) & Week 13 (Detroit) are the biggest "benchmark games", IMHO. Both teams should be in mid-season form, not too banged up, yet. 2 wins would be a good sign heading towards playoffs.

Maybe I should have phrased that a little bit differently... although, if Shedeur Sanders is the starting QB, I would like to see him throw 5+ picks against us, and get sacked 10 times.

Many years ago I had to go to Cleveland on business. I spent one week there.

Since then I've always said, "I spent 5 years in Cleveland one week."

In the words of the immortal Forrest Gump, "That's all I've got to say about that."
Funny stuff. I don’t even know what you guys are talking about and I laughed. A little further South I once stopped in Cincinnati on a Greyhound Bus March 17? 1990. There was a greyhound strike and buses were getting shot at. If you were a cheapskate like me?The ticket prices were Wonderful!!!
Anyway we had Picketers spraying oil on the windshield as we left many stations. I volunteered to get outside onto the Bus fender (I know you old guys remember the old Fenders!) and clean the windshield for the passengers to help the Bus Driver. We became good friends through that 42 hour travel experience!
In Cinci a guy ran up and shattered our Windshield. I thought he was shooting and everyone ducked. It was a baseball bat I guess. I don’t ever have the desire to visit Ohio, it’s like Samaria to me. lol

Many years ago, I was picked up for speeding in Ohio. I was traveling at a speed of 56 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. It was an Ohio State Trooper. Since I was driving a company vehicle, they sent a letter to my employer stating I had done such a dastardly thing. The vehicle was a truck chassis, and it had a 55 MPH governor on it. When my boss got the letter, he got in contact with a company attorney who showed them that the vehicle could not have been traveling in excess of 55 MPH since the stretch of road was running uphill. It ended up with the state dropping the charges after seeing validation of the governor and the setting on it.

Since then, I have traveled across Ohio several times and I always go to the bathroom before I hit the state line going both directions and fill up with gas so all I get stuck with are their lousy tolls.

My apologies if this might be the wrong thread for this. I’m a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan (bike kid in the 70’s) and have lived in California for the last 35 years.

An incredible middle school teacher that my daughters had is a huge Packer fan and is turning 50 this year. I would like to get her four tickets to the Packers - Vikings game at Lambeau.

If anyone is interested in selling your tix to that game and doesn’t want to have to worry about the front office seeing them listed on a ticket agency or opposing fans being in your seat for the day could you please contact me ?

Thanks for considering

Kevin

Week 18. That game has the possibility of determining the Division winner.

Traveling through Ohio once from VA to WI to go to the Air Show. I'm pretty sure I slept through the whole state while driving. Talk about a boring drive.
