Agree that was foolish. Letting time roll off the clock wasted at least three potential plays. With the cold weather, time is even more important because kicking distances for FG's decreases.

There was only :25 runoff. So our timeouts are variable. 2-minute being fixed without our control. So our timeout is an advantage over a scheduled because we dictate it. It’s probably even Steven there imo.

Yeah think it's kind of a six of one, half a dozen of the other type situation. Take your timeouts before 2 minute and you keep more time on the clock but no stoppages other than 2 min warning. Let it ride and you have less on the clock but are in control of clock for the rest of the way.
