If TT has truly changed his ways he could cement it with this pickup. I know he's 29 and had a couple injuries, but that's the precise reason why he could come so cheap! The 49ers are reverting back to a 4-3 so the list of suitors for Bowman are short on the list. Anybody want to throw out their opinions? I truly think this is the type of trade that could put us on a collision course for the Super Bowl.

The Packers acquiring Bowman would be an awesome move by Thompson but unfortunately I expect the Niners to ask for way too much in return for it to make sense.

FWIW Niners general manager John Lynch and head coach Kyle Shanahan issued a joint statement saying that reports of the team shopping Bowman are completely false.
