The guy has a point. New England had the best front seven in football last year and was able to win a Super Bowl with a patchwork secondary.

I'd feel much more comfortable w/ this opinion if, GB had Greenwood, Seau, Thomas and Jason Taylor in their front 7. Non of our LBs or DL are as good as any of those 4. Likewise, non of GB's DBs are as good as Madison, Knight, and Surtain either. Sounds like a lot of wishful thinking if you ask me? Grady and Diggs have to stay healthy this year. Hunt or someone else has to play much better at the 3 tackle position. And, GB has to find a SAM LB who is much better than Navies was. Furthermore, Carroll has to understand what 5 yds is and what he can't do outside that 5 yd area. If GB can get all that cleaned up, then maybe it won't matter how avg their Safties are?
