Very few coaches would have gone for two in that situation. I'm tempted to say none but I'm sure there are have been some who would have. They are unemployed now of course. Coaches don't go for the win in the regular season with far less on the line they aren't going to do it with the season on the line. Bellicheck wouldn't, Arians wouldn't. Its one thing to call for an ill timed pass attempt and say you are playing aggressively for the win but its another thing entirely to put your entire season on one play when you don't have to.
