All TD celebration penalties should be called off for the Super Bowl.

It has to be that going to the ground can be automatically called and isn't a judgement, even though if its somehow deemed to be religious its ok. I would be fine with them making judgement calls so stuff like this stands and the garbage from TO and guys doing the dougie does not.
