Just to clarify, the whole thing with the "reporter"(?)/premium box "escort"(?) who had her fake breasts removed so she would be taken more seriously as a "reporter" never panned out to be anything more than tabloid B.S. The league investigated and found NOTHING, say again NOTHING. Did Favre stray....I don't know, I know Paul Hornung doinked a lot of married women but hey..... That's different right??? Anyhow the whole thing about Favre and "**** pics" is a whole lot of unsubstantiated innuendo.

I personally dont think he sent any pics..

But I believe he did all the rest he was accused of.

One question is-- why settle out of court?? One reason-- so things never get out in public, and he didnt have to go under oath..

Cheated? We dont truly know-- did he do roids? Or hgh? We can say we HOPE he didnt...

Yes did wonders, no doubt..

Honest?

That would be my biggest issue with him.. This is just one example

Look at the dates of these two..

It isnt just him changing his mind... He called it a bribe a week or so later after saying it wasnt a bribe

True, but you can say that about Reggie, Dieon, etc. etc. roids have been around for a long while. Especially prevelant in the 90s...wouldn't put it past anybody. Nobody would surprise me. Nothing to show he did though. Heck have you seen how jacked Brett is now? He's bigger and more cut than ever in his playing days...

Hell they didn't start doing HGH testing until a couple of weeks ago...

That whole thing of the money was certainly bizarre. I'm sure he said a lot of things he regrets, a lot of things in the heat of the moment. At the same time, Teddy isn't a saint. Very angry, unfriendly man at times.

No matter how well documented something is, some people refuse to believe it.

BTW, in case you forgot, Brett your boy hood hero, was fined 50k by the nfl http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=5965863

For failure to cooperate with an investigation. I'd easily bet he did it, but no definitive proof has been online. Like the poster above said, just because something purports to be something doesn't make it true.

In the documentary, "Last Day at Lambeau" that was explaining the whole Favre fiasco, apparently he and MM talked for a long time into the night. MM couldn't get Favre to commit. Commit to what exactly?
Watching this leaves me under the impression that Favre wanted to come back and play. Well, if he did, what terms couldn't he agree to or why didn't he?

From about 37:45 is the part I mean....

Actually my boyhood was spent following Bart Starr, Vince Lombardi, jimmy Taylor, Ray Nitschke, Willie Davis, willie wood, Henry Jordan .... Oh yes and Max McGhee and Paul Hornung who both did a lot more than send pictures (to married women).... Anyhow yes Favre was fined for refusing to participate in the witch hunt....proves nothing other than the fact that he'd rather mail a check for $50k than dignify this whole thing by responding. It's been how many years now? If there was anything other than pure innuendo I think it would have surfaced by now. Go do some more "internet research" LOL

Boy, that shows you how times have changed.
I remember when Favre broke Marino's TD record, there was a video congratulatory message from Marino to Favre which was played on the stadium jumbotron for the fans in attendance and at home to watch.
And now it's just a tweet.

There were two video's Brett had for Peyton. One on NFL.com, another at the stadium...

What does that prove? Like jenn is some saint that doesn't desire any attention...Seems like a very trustworthy person.

When the voicemails and pics were released and your hero was asked about it, he said he didnt want to get into it.

Personally I just find it funny, his history with women is pretty well known in Wisc so it never surprised me. The thing that makes him a bush league d bag was his calls to the other teams in the nfl trying to gossip about the packers playbook to hurt their chances

An "internet search" will show you pictures of Santa Claus, Baby Jesus, and Lady Gaga having a *********.... Get real
Well, I looked this up and found pics of Santa Claus having a ********* but I don't think Baby Jesus or Lady Gaga were involved.
But I'm not giving up!
Excuse me while I go and search a bit more...

I never said I believed everything he said. I don't think I can say that about anybody really.

Not at all. Loved Aaron from the start. I'm a California guy, had followed him closely at Cal. Team above any player always. I'm much more stoic than most though. Logical.

One question is-- why settle out of court?? One reason-- so things never get out in public, and he didnt have to go under oath..
The other reason is to just relegate her to history and move on

People settle nuisance lawsuits all the time. Actually if I recall correctly it wasn't she who made the allegations (at least initially). Maybe when she saw a potential payday she jumped on board. I saw something where she's now a standup comedian. Wonder is she had the implants put BACK in?

Why settle out of Court? Well as a Lawyer you do it because A) you never know what a decision maker will decide, B) Settlement equals certainly, do you roll the dice and risk an exposure of say 2-300K or do you cough up 50-75K or more to end it then and there.

She had them taken out? Maybe she went and got an upgrade, her boob job going back to her FSU job didn't exactly look like quality work.
