I was looking at transactions today and for Cleveland they had Brandon Jackson signed as an UFA today.

He was a decent 3rd down back, and ran a good screen. I wish him well, but he was not worth much more money to me.

True, but ol' Brandon had his uses.

I wonder what Cleveland is going to pay him?

2yr, 4.5M

And he'll basically never have to do anything other than 3rd down and ST duties since he should be slotted behind Peyton Hiillis and Montario Hardesty.

Running back Brandon Jackson, one of only two unrestricted free agents signed before the start of training camp, was placed on injured reserve Saturday when the Browns trimmed their roster to 53 players.

Jackson was injured in the same game. He carried 16 times for 43 yards and left with a turf toe injury that ended his season.

Sorry BJ....Hope you got some kind of money for going to the "greener side of the fence"
