I totally agree with the "stupid parent part".....too bad the parent wasn't standing on the manhole cover. They don't call it "sewer gas" because you pump it into your car. Reminds me of the time when I was 5 when I asked my dad if I could borrow the 5 gallon gas container to "help speed up" the burning leaf pile! He was smart enough to hand me the can of charcoal lighter fluid! LOL
