I totally am disappointed we weren't more aggressive but...
WRs, unless they are an OBJ type talent aka the Top 6 WRs taken (before we could pick), typically dont contribute right away
My guess is that when Gute could not pick one of those guys he decided to not go for one..

Tee Higgins, the 7th WR left is good, but how much better than Lazard? Who already knows the offense...?
All that said, why not get Queen or other ILBers? Or a legit replacement for Bulaga? Doesn't make sense to me either...

Lots of people did. Look how long he lasted on real GM draft boards, nowhere close to a 1st round pick. Was he a Bulaga replacement. We all have our wants and perceived needs. But that doesn't always line up with whats in front of you. and even when it does, you still just don't know until the pads go on and a couple years of development happen.
