Favre retires but becomes head coach of the GB Packers. Mike Sherman moves to offensive coordinator. Rossely's out, as is Bevell (no need). Favre teaches Rodgers to be a gunslinger. And, he gives up all of his remaining $10M salary to immediately buy/sign new talent.

Now who would not be happy with that?

I wouldn't want Favre over Sherman as HC..! I don't know if I'd want Favre as QB coach either.

What I want to see is:

Favre returns
Sherman stays as HC
Mariucci becomes OC
a new ST coordinator
