Former Packers general manager Ron Wolf has bought a home in Green Bay and plans to move into it after he sells his current home in Annapolis, Md.

Wolf lived in Green Bay during his tenure as Packers GM from 1992 to 2000. Since retiring in 2001, Wolf's primary residence has been in Annapolis, although he also has a home in Jupiter, Fla., where he spends time in the winter.

I wonder if he is going to be employed as a consultant by the team. I suppose it's possible he is moving just because he enjoys Green Bay, but it certainly raises questions!

Welcome back, Ron!

lets see... live in realitive obscurity in Annapolis or be a king among men in Green Bay. I think he made the right choice.

that man will never have to buy a drink as long as he is in Green Bay

This is surprising. I know that Wolf is a history buff, and he loves all the naval history in Annapolis. He never really struck me as a Green Bay kind of person. But good for him. It would be nice if he became a consultant for the Packers.

Did you even read this thread? I was nonplussed that he insulted Favre. Worse, he butted into the conversation for no other reason than to insult Favre with namecalling, when it has nothing to do with Wolf moving. That he is your friend is irrelevant.

If you "don't care" about just picking fights with fellow fans, what the hell is the matter with you?

Here's a bunch of threads I posted in during the period when Favre was "retired," let me know if that is enough to offset my pathetic 9 months of membership compared to the person who just drops in to insult someone who'll be on the ring of honor.

Let me know if I can do anything else to help you meet basic standards of civility to your fellow Packers fans.

What in god's name does it matter when you joined? Does it make a post less or more relevant. Do you think I give a rat's behind about posting tenure? Is that like having more Soda Can tabs then someone?

Johnny_Blood spelled it out nicely for you, but I'm sure since his post total is low it's irrelevent or something....

Don't insult a loyal and dedicated member of this forum. It's pretty simple.

R.P. is a class act all the way. You should treat him as such.

This forum is a family, I told you I would apologize, and will, for not recognizing your presence here.

There is no hierarchy here, however, R.P. doesn't just drop in here. He has a trailer out back.

What is your problem? That was a joke.

Now you're calling me a ***** for telling a joke that has nothing to do with what we were arguing about?
