In watching the SeaTurkeys VS The 69'ers, I can't help but observe a few things.

If the Packers win their 1st playoff game next week, they play the winner of this game the following week. Not happy about facing either, but I'd rather face SF. The ST's D looks really good, as does their run game.

Finally, I'm really glad that we didn't have to play all 4 teams in the NFC West this season. We might have had 3 more losses. We drew The Cardinals and barely beat them, without their starting QB.
Meh. If we get past the Bears, I’ll pretty much be in “screw it, let’s just play whoever and see what happens” mode. Not that we will have a choice at that point.

Both San Francisco and Seattle have some bad memories attached and need for atonement. Do I think we are capable? Probably not, but it’s a league of parity.

Depends on who the team is. Teams from Florida have a poor record at Lambeau, for instance. Takes time to adjust to the colder weather. That's one reason the home loss to Brady's Buccaneers in the NFCCG several years back irked me so much.
And for some reason it was not as cold and icy as it usually is for the 3rd week of January.

Cardinals have played in Lambeau twice since 2016 and split.

Cowboys have won once vs Pack since 2009, regardless of venue.
The Boys lost there in the 2014 playoffs, 2010 and 2004 and 1997 as well. And prior to that they had not won since Roger Staubach. They lost in 1965, the Ice Bowl, and in 1972. It is a place of bad memories and always will be.
The Cardinals only won that one game there because our season was over and Crosby missed the game tying FG. They lost in 2012 and also in a 1982 playoff game when Lynn ****ey set some Packer records.

My point was that the Cowboys aren't necessarily intimidated by Lambeau, just by playing the Packers. The Cardinals shouldn't be intimidated by a break-even record or, even if they'd lost the one the won (and, let's not get into the 'the Pack would won if...scenarios), given the small sample size. Interesting that both of us are factually correct, but we use those facts in diametrically opposed arguments. And, finally, since nobody's going to playing in Lambeau again this season, pretty much a moot point.

Ya know that the Broncos have never won in Wisconsin going back to the merger. Still feeling the effects of Reggie White in one decade and John Brockington in another.
